In-Person Sessions
Anna's In Person sessions are customized to the needs of each client. Options include: Oracle Body Reading and Energy Work (see description above), as well as Sensation, and ASMR, and the Art of Receiving, Wheel of Consent Work.​

The Art of Receiving, The Wheel of Consent focuses on Embodiment of receiving, serving, taking pleasure in life, and surrender. Platonic touch is the tool.

ASMR Tools available from soft to intense pressure to aid in relationship to pain, chronic health issues, neuro-divergent "stimming", and emotional release.

Tools can include back scratching "fingernails", faux fur, baby hair brushes, and much more. Tools are completely optional!
