Anna works with all relationship styles and orientations, from Platonic to Romantic and everything in between.
Offerings Include:
Couples Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats. The work is both Somatic and based in research related to savoring sensations, healthy boundaries, and healing shame. Informed by The Wheel Of Consent
